Market dislikes uncertainty, but goes up on fear - what is the difference in your opinion?
It's not that it goes up on fear, it's just that when it (fear) persists at a healthy level, it keeps liquidity high and interest rates low - which is a nice backdrop for the market. A lot of fear/uncertainty will certainly roil things near-term...
