One more thing I forgot to mentioned is that the market is going way ahead of itself. Short-term rally like you said is mainly due to the fact that the market is oversold. Next week is very interesting in terms of what the Fed thinks of services increased by 0.5% according to the PCE price index for December. Inflation unfortunately is moving from the good sector to the service sector. I think inflation will get sticky as the economy gets weaker (layoff is inevitable). PWA recession indicator is right on the money!
